How do you get hundreds of people around the world to tell the same story to thousands of people in multiple languages and still make a personal connection with your audience? That was Visa's challenge to Native Instinct. They asked us to build an interactive demo kit that would allow anyone at Visa to tell a compelling story about how Visa is integrating their payment products into mobile devices.
Visa Mobile is developing solutions that will make completing transactions easier for customers and merchants using mobile technology. Visa's product demos to card issuers, merchants and consumers couldn't keep up with the fast-moving mobile market. Using Native Instinct's proprietary presentation engine and content management system, we were able to build a set of demos that Visa's marketing staff and product managers can easily update and customize based upon who they are presenting to. The system enables Visa's staff to change languages and on-screen graphics based upon the audience and the geographic region they are in. They can also update screenshots and customize handsets shown on the demo.
Visa staff is now empowered to create and customize demos targeted at particular customer segments, product segments, and international audiences. Native Instinct wrote scripts, shot video and designed the interactive Flash presentation that Visa used at Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona in 2010. And now Visa staff continues to update and present these demos as an ongoing sales tool.
