Oracle Store User Experience

Oracle asked us to guide their e-commerce Web team to ensure best practices are followed in the development of their new online store.

Although Oracle software is used for some of the largest e-commerce sites on the planet, when it came to the enterprise software company's own e-commerce site, they turned to Native Instinct to guide them. We performed a competitve analysis, and made design and user experience recommendations for their online store, which launched with our recommendations in 2009.
