Our Work
We work across multiple industries, in both B2B and B2C environments, designing and developing incredible creative interactive solutions for mobile, Web, and TV. Our work has one unifying premise—we deliver the best user experience for our customers that meets the business needs of our clients.
Flip Video was a start-up with an unheard of brand and new video camcorder. Over 3 years, we designed, developed, and enhanced their e-commerce Web site resulting in the sale over 2 million cameras and their acquisition by Cisco.
Visa Mobile was constantly creating "one-off" demos for their cutting edge products. We built them a flexible online demo kit so that demos can be modified and updated without starting from scratch.
The Salesforce.com Foundation asked us to redesign their Web site to reflect the Foundation’s global status as a vehicle for social change. We built a 2000+ page Drupal site and re-focused their brand towards "A community of good people doing great things."
Salesforce.com has a large set of complex products that are upgraded frequently. Salesforce.com wanted online product demos to explain the products, but needed flexibility for when the products are updated. We created their online demo center—52 modules, over an hour of videos, all easily updateable.
Annie Chun's wanted a consumer-focused Web site that encouraged user participation and developed a relationship with their customers. We designed an e-commerce site with over 100 recipes and Asian cooking tips.
Dell wanted to create a Flash demo for their KACE Systems Management product that educates prospects and entices users to register on the site. We came up with a fun demo and unique strategy to capture registrations.
Wells Fargo asked us to create an online demo that explains the benefits of Wells Fargo vSafe to various customer segments. We built an interactive presentation featuring different types of customers (all who happen to hang out in the same park!).
Wells Fargo had an idea for a new financial services product, an "online safety deposit box" for your most important documents. We worked with their product management team to refine the concept, design the project through iterative prototypes, and user testing.
Bossa Nova Robotics is start-up that makes toy robots and was founded by PhD's in robotics. We created a corporate Web site that captured the fun surrounding their products, but reflected the company's deep technology background.
Flip Video recognized the need for a private place that allowed users to share their every day moments, and build a relationship with their customers. We built a user-friendly sharing site with complex AJAX and Flash that makes it easy for users to share videos.
RP Group wanted to better serve their audience -- California Community College professionals -- by providing them a content rich site, community features and an easy-to-maintain site. Native Instinct delivered!
NEW Customer Service Companies is a billion dollar warranty company that is a partner with most of the major retailers in the US. We helped them optimize their online attach rate by creating and testing multiple user experiences and content approaches.
Cyworld, Korea’s #1 Web site, needed to reinvent itself to appeal to an American audience without losing the unique qualities that has made it a runaway success throughout Asia. We created an instance of Korea's most successful social networking site, targeted for a US audience.
Walmart.com wanted an easy way for their staff, contractors, and vendors to share information, designs, and software code. Using Wordpress, we designed and built an extranet that enables their team to share this information in a community-like setting.
The Virgin Group wanted to design and build "the eBay of charter airplane flights." We designed a complex reservation and bidding system for use by passengers and charter flight companies.
In 2003, homedepot.com was a top 20 Web site in traffic, but not in sales. The Home Depot hired Native Instinct's team to bring their Web site into the 21st century. We upgraded homedepot.com to be a world-class e-commerce site, major sales channel, and strong loyalty builder with customers.
Oracle asked us to guide their e-commerce Web team to ensure best practices are followed in the development of their new online store.
BabyCenter's proposed redesign was impacting placement and quantity of ad units. We helped them analyze the impact on revenue and recommended an ad placement and design strategy.
