Jim believes that the process is more important than the end result—at least that explains why he's still working on his screenplay.
Jim is a veteran creative whose experience includes designing for print, television, and all forms of electronic media. Prior to joining Native Instinct, Jim was an interaction designer and project manager at Sony Electronics’ Design Center, where his projects included the design and development of the interactive TV experience deployed by Cablevision (winner of the first-ever national Emmy Award for interactive television). Jim was also a principle at eyeTV, a design firm with a wide range of corporate and entertainment clients that included ABC, NBC, HBO, Bank of America, Citibank, Oracle, and more.
A founding principal of Native Instinct, Jim lives in a redwood forest surrounded by beautiful girls (ask him, he'll show you pictures). Jim holds two patents for the development of interactive TV navigational interfaces and has won numerous awards for interaction design and motion graphics. He has not, however, been named one of San Francisco’s best-dressed men—an oversight that puzzles him.
