User Experience Design
User Experience Design
The goals of User Experience (UX) Design are to increase the effectiveness, ease of use, predictability, and forgiveness of your product—with the ultimate goal of improving user satisfaction. The leaders of Native Instinct's User Experience team have been thought leaders in the UX Design world since before the beginning of the World Wide Web. We follow a collaborative, user-centric design process that focuses delivering an optimized experience to targeted users.
vSafe Product Design
Wells Fargo had an idea for a new financial services product, an "online safety deposit box" for your most important documents. We worked with their product management team to refine the concept, design the project through iterative prototypes, and user testing.
Migrating Cyworld to the US
Cyworld, Korea’s #1 Web site, needed to reinvent itself to appeal to an American audience without losing the unique qualities that has made it a runaway success throughout Asia. We created an instance of Korea's most successful social networking site, targeted for a US audience.
Virgin Charter Marketplace
The Virgin Group wanted to design and build "the eBay of charter airplane flights." We designed a complex reservation and bidding system for use by passengers and charter flight companies.
homedepot.com Web Site
In 2003, homedepot.com was a top 20 Web site in traffic, but not in sales. The Home Depot hired Native Instinct's team to bring their Web site into the 21st century. We upgraded homedepot.com to be a world-class e-commerce site, major sales channel, and strong loyalty builder with customers.
Oracle Store User Experience
Oracle asked us to guide their e-commerce Web team to ensure best practices are followed in the development of their new online store.
